Here's a way you can control a stressful thought.
Simply sit for 60 seconds 3 times per day with a big smile. Muscle memory is a great way to start creating new pathways in the brain. You can also do this with your breathing work.
If you are fortunate to spend time with kids under five then play for 10 minutes with them. It could be hide and seek, tips , snap or even charades. No children around then find the same energy in a fury friend.
